Applications of Electromagnets

Electrical Control: In the field of electrical control, electromagnets are widely used in the pre-installation parts of relays, contactors, solenoid valves, etc. These devices achieve automatic circuit control by controlling the energization and de-energization of electromagnets, thereby improving production efficiency and safety.

Automation Equipment: In automated production, electromagnets are commonly used for driving and controlling various mechanical equipment. For example, in logistics sorting systems, the movement of conveyor belts can be controlled by controlling the energization and de-energization of electromagnets to achieve automatic sorting of objects.

Magnetic Levitation Trains: Magnetic levitation trains are a new type of high-speed train that uses the principle of "like poles repel, unlike poles attract" to levitate the train completely off the track. Electromagnets play a crucial role in magnetic levitation trains; by precisely controlling the current and polarity of the electromagnets, stable levitation and propulsion of the train can be achieved.
